What do I do if I’m unhappy with my hair?
No need to be nervous, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. We offer complimentary corrections within 7 days of your colour service.
Change of mind is not covered but we will still find a time to get you back in so that you’re happy with your
hair.
What do if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?
Please get in touch as soon as you receive your confirmation text. We do have a strict cancellation policy of:
$50 less than 24 hours’ notice
$100 day of notice
Full-service cost for appointment no-show
Please note, should cancellations and no-shows happen frequently, unfortunately it will prohibit you from making future bookings. please note that we do show compassion under certain circumstances.
How do I confirm my appointment?
We send a confirmation message via our salon system 3 days prior to your appointment. Please respond “Y” as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.
Tardiness
If you are running late to your appointement, please let us know as this can affect your appointment and other client appointments. This may result in us not being able to fulful you your full service.
